I believe business can be built through genuine connection.

For a long time, I knew how to grow a business online.

I had built teams, recruited, sold, coached, created content and spent years in the online business, coaching and direct sales world. I had success doing it, but over time I became more and more uncomfortable with many of the strategies I saw being taught.

“Create urgency… Handle objections… Follow the script… Post more… Message more people... Build the funnel... Say the right thing to move someone toward the sale.”

Even when the intention was good, something felt off to me.

I started asking a different question:Are the ways we're growing our businesses creating more connection between people or more separation?

That question eventually became the foundation of the Connected Growth Method.

But the real shift started in my own life.

The last few years have changed what success means to me.

My husband Scott and I have been on a much deeper spiritual journey toward living more simply and intentionally. We have a dream of one day owning land here in British Columbia and creating an off-grid spiritual sanctuary, a place where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, connect with others and explore their own relationship with something greater than themselves.

At the same time, I became a mom.

Having my daughter changed my relationship with time, work and what I wanted to contribute to the world. I didn't want to build another business simply for the sake of building a business. I wanted the way I worked to reflect the way I was learning to live.

Less chasing… Less pressure… Less attachment to outcomes…

More presence… More trust... More service... More connection...

That is where Connected Growth was born.

So, what is the Connected Growth Method?

Connected Growth is a relationship-first approach to growing a business. It isn't about abandoning strategy, social media, content or sales. It's about looking at all of those things through a different lens.

Instead of starting with, “How do I get this person to buy?” we start with, “How can I genuinely connect with and serve the person in front of me?”
Instead of trying to manufacture trust through tactics, we focus on becoming someone people can actually know, like and trust.
Instead of persuading people into an outcome, we create opportunities for the right people to move closer when it feels aligned.

We start on the inside.

Before we think about what to post, who to message or how to sell something, Connected Growth asks us to look at the intention underneath our actions.

Am I posting because I genuinely have something to share, or because I'm afraid people will forget about me?
Am I following up because I want to serve this person, or because I'm attached to getting the sale?
Am I listening to understand them, or listening for the opportunity to pitch?

That's why the inner practice of Connected Growth is Ground → Ask → Release.
Ground yourself before taking action. Ask for guidance about where and how you can serve. Then release your attachment to what happens next.

From there, we move into the practical work of building relationships: Connect → Meet → Create → Deepen → Follow Up → Track & Reflect.
It gives you a simple way to consistently grow your visibility, relationships and business without turning every human interaction into a sales opportunity.

This lens shapes everything I teach.

When we look at your social media profile, we're not asking how to turn it into a storefront. We're asking whether someone who meets you can come to your profile and get a genuine sense of who you are, what you care about and how you help.

When we work on your personal brand, we're not creating a polished version of you. We're getting clearer about who you already are and what you want to be known for.

When we create content, we're not trying to manipulate an algorithm or manufacture engagement. We're translating your knowledge, beliefs, stories, life and work into conversations that allow people to actually get to know you.

And when we talk about selling, we're not trying to convince everyone that they need what you offer. We're making it easier for the people who already have a problem you can help solve to recognize that you may be the right person to help them.

That's Connected Growth.

It's a way of making sure that how we grow is aligned with who we want to be while we're growing.

Hi, I'm Kim.

I'm a business growth strategist, speaker and the creator of the Connected Growth Method. Underneath all of those titles, I'm someone who believes that business can be human.

I've spent years learning how people build businesses online. Now my work is helping small business owners take all of that noise and bring it back to something much simpler: clarity, relationships, service and genuine connection.

I don't believe we need more people shouting louder online. I believe we need more people showing up as themselves, serving people well and building businesses rooted in trust.

And that's what I'm here to help you do.
